Molly is a Kaiut yoga teacher, herbalist, and artist. She is the founder of Telegraphic Tree, a healing arts practice that weaves together holistic tools and resources to empower and support people on their wellness journey.

After returning to her hometown of Lynchburg in 2019, she started practicing Kaiut yoga and felt an immediate connection to the method. The emphasis on balancing the nervous system profoundly impacted her own healing experience and inspired her to become a teacher of the method. In 2022, she completed 300 hours of Kaiut Yoga Teacher Training and pursued further

studies with Francisco Kaiut, accumulating an additional 340 hours of training in 2024. Eager to share her knowledge and create meaningful connections within the community, Molly is excited to guide students in the practice of Kaiut yoga. Her goal as a teacher is to help people discover their innate capacity for healing through honoring the wisdom of their bodies.
